Sudden absence or urgent needs
- Attachment required (doctor's note, etc.)
- Does not deduct from the annual leave
- Same approval flow as time off
- Attachments are stored digitally
Time Off
Planned absence
- No supporting documents needed
- Quota is set by HR per employee
- Remaining quota expires at year-end
- HR can add leftover carry-over leave.
